A paper strip-seal with an adhesive back that sticks to a bottle and it's cork, screw cap, or other type of bottle-top sa that the bottle may not be opened without the breaking of said seal. The seal is printed with any or all of the following: day, month, year, time, restaurant name or identifying number, for the purpose of identifying when and where a bottle was sealed with the seal. The seal is used as an identifier of the time and place a bottle was last sealed. A broken seal would indicate the bottle has been opened since the time printed on the seal. This seat should allow for the legal transportation of previously opened bottles containing alcoholic beverages, and should also allow law enforcement personnel to determine whether a bottle, in legal terms, is an open or closed container.
