An inventive bottom stop mechanism uses one of the lift cords (5) to operate. While the cord (5) is unwinding from the shaft (9), the cord (5) leaves the shaft (9) along a line tangent to the shaft (9). As the last turn of cord (5) in unwound from the shaft (9), and the point of attachment of the cord (5) to the shaft (9) passes that point of tangency, the angle of the cord (5) with respect to the shaft (9) changes. This change in angle of the cord (5) is used to raise a pawl (15) which engages a ratchet wheel (13) to stop the shaft (9) and prevent further rotation in that direction. When the direction of the shaft (9) is reversed to again start winding the cord (5) thereupon, the cord angle returns to its prior value, releasing the stop.
L'invention porte sur un mécanisme d'arrêt d'un store en position basse fonctionnant à l'aide d'une des tirettes (5) de levage. Alors que la tirette (5) se déroule de l'arbre (9), elle (5) le (9) quitte tangentiellement (9).
