ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE : A bovine ovary extractor including a handle and a cutting head with the cutting head incorporating exposed cutting edges initially spaced from each other at the front of the cutting head to define an access opening and rearwardly convergent so as to meet each other whereby an ovary may be severed from its supporting vessels by manipulating the support- ing vessels into the access opening and onto said exposed cutting edges.
