In a fabrication of a tire, it is used as a fender, for water craft, to protect it from damage caused from contact to it's secured mooring usually a dock. In this invention ropes are threaded through two drilled holes in the tire. The tire is then covered in vinyl which prevents marking. The form of the tire provides the owner the strength of a tire which is non marking and also the availability of customizing his own bumper through the use of vinyl lettering.
