An apparatus for erecting flat blanks into three-dimensional box parts has a machine frame, a bin on the frame holding a stack of the blanks with a lower surface of a lowermost blank largely exposed at a base of the stack, an erecting unit on the frame spaced downstream in a transport direction from the bin, and a conveyor on the frame. The conveyor has at least two spaced endless conveyor elements having upper stretches extending horizontally underneath the bin in the transport direction, respective suction boxes generally level with the upper stretches, and a drive for advancing the elements in the transport direction. An extractor on the frame underneath the bin includes a vertically displaceable vacuum-operated suction head engageable with the lower surface of the lowermost blank for pulling same out of the bin and setting it on the conveyor. The apparatus is of simplified construction and more easily adapted to box blanks of different sizes and shapes. Disalignment or dropping of the blanks is substantially prevented.
Un appareil pour déployer des découpes à plat en boîtes à trois dimensions comporte un bâti de machine, un compartiment sur le bâti retenant une pile de découpes dont la plus basse présente une surface inférieure largement exposée à la base de la pile, un dispositif déployeur sur le bâti, espacé du compartiment et en aval de celui-ci par rapport au sens d'avancement, et un convoyeur sur le bâti. Le convoyeur a au moins deux éléments sans fin comportant des bandes supérieures qui s'étendent horizontalement sous le compartiment dans le sens d'avancement du convoyeur, des chambres d'aspiration respectives généralement de niveau avec les bandes supérieures, et un mécanisme d'entraînement pour faire avancer les éléments dans le sens d'avancement du convoyeur. Un extracteur sur le bâti sous le compartiment comprend une tête d'aspiration à déplacement vertical qui peut se mettre en prise sur la surface inférieure de la découpe la plus basse pour la tirer hors du compartiment et la déposer sur le convoyeur. L'appareil est de construction simplifiée et s'adapte facilement à des découpes de boîtes de différentes formes et grandeurs. L'appareil prévient substantiellement le mésalignement et la chute des découpes.
