This instrument is supposed to replace the existing apparatus that scoops up dog feces. This apparatus may be used without having to touch the feces with hands. The apparatus may be used using the right and left hand. It functions with both hands, the left hand presses the box gently from top to bottom the right hand inserts the shovel inwards. Now the feces remain inside the box, uhseen and where no odour escapes. The box is then taken and put inside a bag. The instrument is a one time use disposable apparatus. The shape of the apparatus may be cube shaped, cylinder, square box, or a sphere. The instrument may be made from any kind of material. The ideas on which this apparatus are based are trap and slide shovel.
