A bifurcated bracket is used for holding a clothe hanger on a clothe line for drying clothes outdoor. The bracket holds the hanger securely attached to the clothe line even when the clothe is swayed by wind. The bracket is substantially V-shaped or U-shaped which has two arms spaced from one another and a joined end. Two mounting hooks are formed at the two free ends of the arms for mounting to the clothe line. A closed loop is formed at the joined end for engaging with the hook of the clothe hanger.
