Braking device to reduce bathroom tissue wasting, by the use of a spring system braking the wear of the cardboard roll on which the market-sold bathroom tissue is fixed, and by the use of a rubber tube, closed at one end, braking the spring itself relative to the wall mount, thus acting as a friction pad between the spring and the mobile mount, and between the mobile mount and the wall mount. The present patent acts only as a braking device (adapter) for existing bathroom tissue dispensers.
