BRAKING DEVICE PARTICULARLY FOR SKATES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Braking device particularly usable for skates including a shoe composed of at least one quarter articulated to a shell associated with a supporting frame for two or more wheels. The device includes a rod member which is connected to a braking element and has a kinematic system suitable to allow the rotation of the quarter without activating the braking element, so as to allow to deactivate the braking element while skating or allow rear- entry insertion of the foot if the skate is of the rear- entry type. A locking element is provided for locking the kinematic system and/or the devices for deactivating the braking element.
