An electric brake system for an aircraft (100) includes a power interlock mechanism that prevents inadvertent (uncommanded) application of brakes. The interlock removes operating power from the brake mechanisms (124,126,128,130) whenever the brake system sensor data does not indicate a legitimate brake application condition. The interlock processing occurs in parallel with the brake command processing such that even if an inadvertent brake command is generated, the brake mechanisms will be unable to act upon the inadvertent brake command.
L'invention concerne un système de frein électrique pour un aéronef comprenant un mécanisme d'interverrouillage de puissance qui empêche une application par inadvertance (non commandée) de freins. L'interverrouillage élimine une puissance d'actionnement des mécanismes de frein chaque fois que les données de capteur du système de freins n'indiquent pas une condition d'application de frein légitime.
