BRANCHED NITROPOLYPHENYLENES AND COMPOSITES THEREFROM Abstract of the Disclosure Branched nitropolyphenylene resins are disclosed which have a substantial degree of branching. Also disclosed is a polyphenylene resin mixture comprising branched nitropolyphenylenes and branched soluble polyphenylenes. This resin mixture is used to prepare asbestos, glass, carbon and graphite fiber composites.
