An iron based brazing material for joining objects by brazing represents an alloy, which apart from iron contains 0-40 % Cr, preferably 9-30 % Cr, 0-16 % Mn, preferably 0-8 % Mn, and even more preferably 0-5 % Mn, 0-25% Ni, 0-1 % N and maximally 7 % Mo, below 6 % Si and/or 0-2 % B, preferably 0-1.5 % B and/or 0-15 % P, all stated in weight percent, which addition of B, P, Si in combination or separately lowers the liquidus temperature, that is the temperature at which the brazing material is completely melted.A brazed product is manufactured by brazing of iron based objects with an iron based brazing material which is alloyed with a liquidus lowering element as B and/or P and/or Si.

L'invention concerne un produit d'apport de brasage fort à base de fer servant à unir des objets par le biais du brasage et constituant un alliage, qui, mis à part du fer, contient entre 0 et 40 % de chrome, de préférence entre 9 et 30 % de chrome, entre 0 et 16 % de manganèse, de préférence entre 0 et 8 % de manganèse, et idéalement entre 0 et 5 % de manganèse, entre 0 et 25 % de nickel, entre 0 et 1 % d'azote chimique et au maximum 7 % de molybdène, moins de 6 % de silicium et/ou entre 0 et 2 % de bore, de préférence entre 0 et 1,5 % de bore et/ou entre 0 et 15 % de phosphore, tous ces composés étant mentionnés en pourcentage en poids. L'addition combinée ou séparée de B, P, Si diminue la température de liquidus qui est la température, à laquelle le produit d'apport de brasage fort est complètement fondu. On fabrique un produit brasé en brasant des objets à base de fer avec un produit d'apport de brasage fort à base de fer qui est allié à un élément de réduction de liquidus, tel que le bore et/ou le phosphore et/ou le silicium.
