The invention relates to a brazing product comprising a solid, rigid and compacted material consisting exclusively of a mixture of brazing flux and filler metal and having a mechanical strength rendering same suitable for extrusion in a press, with 3 to 20 wt.-% flux. The invention also provides a method for the production of a brazing product consisting of: a) mixing particles of filler metal and brazing powder to form metal particles coated with the flux, and b) compacting the filler metal particles coated with said brazing flux.
La présente invention concerne u n produit de brasage comprenant u n matériau sol ide et rigide compacté exclusivement constitué de dit flux de brasage et dit métal d'apport en mélange, qui présente u ne résistance mécanique le rendant apte au filage sous presse avec une proportion massique de flux de 3 à 20%. La présente invention fournit également u n procédé de fabrication d'un produit de brasage comprenant : a) le mélange de particules de métal d'apport et de poudre de brasage pou r former des particules de méta 1 enrobés de dit flux, et b) la compaction des particules de méta 1 d'apport enrobées de dit flux de brasage.
