In one embodiment, a reservoir for holding a fluid includes a housing (28) defining an enclosed chamber (30), the housing (28) having a first opening (32) therein at one part of the chamber (30) and a second opening (34) therein at a second part of the chamber (30) above the first part of the chamber (30), a breachable seal (53, 96, 106, 114 or 126) sealing the second opening (34), and a circuitous tunnel (42) exposing the chamber (30) to the atmosphere through the second opening (34) if the seal (53, 96, 106, 114 or 126) is breached.
