The invention concerns a method for controlling the grilling of a food product set in a grill appliance such as a toaster (1) or oven, said appliance comprising in particular heating elements (4), a heating chamber, a grill selector being provided for adjusting the level of browning for the food product, means for stopping the electricity supply for the heating elements when the level of browning is reached, said device comprising a light-receiving system consisting of at least an LDR photo-resistive element (42), the light reflected by the food being brought up to the surface of said element(s). The invention is characterised in that it consists in measuring the evolution in time of a signal G representing the light reflectivity of the food, and transforming at least one characteristic of that evolution into at least a grilling state of the food. Several sensors can be used.
L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle du grillage d'un aliment placé dans un appareil à griller de type grille-pain (1) ou four, ledit appareil comprenant notamment des éléments chauffants (4), une chambre de chauffe, un sélecteur de grillage permettant de régler le niveau de brunissement de l'aliment, des moyens permettant d'arrêter l'alimentation électrique des éléments chauffants lorsque le niveau de grillage est atteint, ledit dispositif comportant un système de réception de lumière composé au moins d'un élément photo-résistif (42) de type LDR, la lumière réfléchie par l'aliment à griller étant amenée jusqu'à la surface dudit ou desdits élément(s), caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à mesurer l'évolution temporelle d'un signal G représentatif de la réflectivité lumineuse de l'aliment, et à traduire au moins une caractéristique de cette évolution en au moins un des états de grillage de l'aliment. Plusieurs capteurs peuvent être utilisés.
