A Break-Away tire apparatus for the sport of dog agility comprising the combination of two semi-circular arcs joined together by an arrangement of magnets so that the end result appears to be a solid or complete tire. There is an upper half and a bottom half each being symmetrical in shape. Each half, having an arrangement of magnets that create the means to mechanically fasten the two halves together. The magnets are centered and orientated in the transverse cross- section of the tire at each endpoint of the arcs so that the maximum magnetic force or axis is orientated vertically. The magnets not only act as a means to fasten the two halves together but also act as the weakest point in the structural integrity of the tire. Thus allowing upper and lower arc portions to disconnect when sufficient impact force is applied to the apparatus.
