A breastpump comprising a breastshield (3) having a portion (31) within which a woman's breast is received for the expression of milk, a source of pressure (10) in communication with said breastshield (3) and means for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) (11) of the woman. The invention enables a stimulation of the mother's breast in order to activate the milk ejection reflex.

La présente invention concerne un tire-lait comprenant une coque (3) de poitrine ayant une partie (31) à l~intérieur de laquelle le sein d~une femme est placé pour tirer le lait, une source de pression (10) en communication avec ladite coque (3) de poitrine et un moyen de stimulation nerveuse électrique transcutanée (TENS) (11) de la femme. L~invention permet de stimuler la poitrine de la mère afin d~activer le réflexe d~éjection du lait.
