DC-3045 ABSTRACT A breathable fabric is disclosed, which comprises a structure woven from thermoplastic polymeric tapes, wherein the woven structure is coated with a foamed permeable coat- ing. The tapes are preferably made from polyethylene having a density between 0.940 and 0.970 g/cm3. The coating is preferably a lace coating made from polyethylene having a density between 0.890 and 0.940 g/cm3. The fabric is use- ful for making breathable sacks.
