A boot (10) includes a shell (20) having a foot portion (202) and an upper (201). The shell (20) is composed of a waterproof first part (22) and at least one non-waterproof air-pervious second part (23). The second part (23) includes upper and lower margins (231, 232) , and two opposite side margins (233) connected to the upper and lower margins (231, 232). The second part (23) is connected to the first part (22) at least along the side margins (233) and the lower margin (232). The first part (22) is made of a waterproof stretchable material at least in the upper (201). A waterproof air-pervious lining (4) is attached to the second part (23) along the upper, lower and side margins (231, 232, 233). Waterproof seam sealing members (51, 52) are disposed along connection seams between the first and second parts (22, 23) and the lining (4).
