A breathing gas supply system (10) for supplying breathable gas in an aircraft includes an oxygen enriching apparatus (12) which is operable in at least two modes to provide product gas with varying oxygen concentrations, a first feed line (22) to feed more highly enriched product gas to one or more breathing gas outlets (17), and a second feed line (24) to feed less highly enriched product gas e.g. to an aircraft cabin (11) for breathing during normal high altitude flight, and a control means (30) to control the oxygen enrichment apparatus (12) to provide highly enriched product gas to the breathing gas outlet or outlets (17) in the first mode of operation or less highly enriched product gas e.g. to the cabin (11) for normal breathing, and to control a diverter valve (20) which directs the product gas to the respective feed line (22, 24).
L'invention concerne un système d'alimentation (10) en gaz respiratoire dans un aéronef qui comprend : un appareil (12) d'enrichissement en oxygène qui fonctionne dans au moins deux modes de fonctionnement, pour produire un gaz industriel à concentrations en oxygène variables ; une première conduite d'alimentation (22) pour alimenter en gaz industriel hautement enrichi une ou plusieurs sorties (17) pour gaz respiratoire ; une seconde conduite d'alimentation (24) pour alimenter une cabine d'aéronef (11) en gaz industriel faiblement enrichi en oxygène, ceci permettant de respirer lors d'un vol normal à haute altitude ; et des moyens de commande (30) destinés à commander l'appareil (12) d'enrichissement en oxygène pour fournir un gaz industriel hautement enrichi à la ou les sortie(s) (17) de gaz respiratoire dans le premier mode de fonctionnement ou un gaz industriel plus faiblement enrichi, par exemple, à la cabine (11), ceci permettant de respirer normalement. Lesdits moyens de commande servent à commander une vanne de dérivation d'air conditionné (20) qui dirige le gaz industriel vers la conduite d'alimentation(22, 24) correspondante.
