The aim of the invention is to provide a brew pot which facilitates production of a single-vessel brewing machine with two outer filter elements and an outer heating unit. To this end, a bottomless middle part (1) is linked with two hollow lids (2, 3) via gaskets and bent-lever ring closures (5). Since there are no filter elements located on the bottom that stop the supply of heat, the brew pot can be heated from outside via the hollow lids (2, 3). At the end of a partial brewing process a filter disk is inserted into the tension spring (6) in the upper hollow lid and is pushed down to the lower hollow lid and into the tension springs (6) together with the material to be filtered. By turning the brew pot upside down the filled hollow lid is brought to the top. Once it has been removed and cleaned, it can be reapplied together with the stirring apparatus and measuring devices to start the second partial brewing process. Due to its design and its simple operability the brew pot is particularly useful for home hobby brewers since on the basis of said pot an inexpensive machine can be put on the market.

Cuve de brassage qui a été mise au point pour offrir sur le marché un appareil de brassage à une seule cuve, doté de deux unités filtre extérieures et d'un dispositif de chauffe extérieur. Selon la présente invention, une partie médiane (1) sans fond est reliée aux deux couvercles creux (2, 3) par l'intermédiaire de joints d'étanchéité (4) à fermetures de serrage annulaire (5). Du fait qu'aucun élément filtre placé au fond n'arrête l'apport de chaleur, ladite cuve de brassage peut être chauffée depuis l'extérieur par l'intermédiaire des couvercles creux (2, 3). A la fin d'un processus partiel de brassage, un disque de filtrage est monté dans les ressorts tendeurs (6) du couvercle creux supérieur, puis il est poussé avec la matière à filtrer jusqu'au couvercle inférieur et introduit dans les ressorts tendeurs (6). Le couvercle creux rempli est alors amené vers le haut par rotation de la cuve de brassage. Après démontage et nettoyage, ladite cuve peut être équipée d'un dispositif mélangeur et de dispositifs de mesure en vue de la deuxième partie du processus de brassage. Grâce à sa conception et à sa simplicité d'utilisation, ladite cuve de brassage est tout à fait adaptée pour l'amateur souhaitant brasser lui-même sa bière du fait que l'appareil selon la présente invention offert sur le marché est peu onéreux.
