An comparator driving a pair of complementary MOSFET connected to a DC rail, which in turn driving another pair of complementary MOSFET, wherein each MOSFET has a back to back zener diode connected to their source and drain connection and both pair of MOSFET are capacitively coupled to their respective drivers and thus providing a deadzone of conduction of very low value so the signal fed to a comparator and converted into a train of PWN pulses has an everage value of which follows said signal with high accuracy which is further insured by the feedback connected to the output of the second pair of MOSFET and also will furnish high damping factor in respect to a load connected typically through a low pass filter to the outputs of said MOSFET pairs.
