A garment for holding a removable absorbent core is disclosed. The garment does not require separate fastening means to hold the core in position. The garment features two tapered flaps which overlay the core to retain it in the desired position and obviate the necessity of separate fastening means. The flaps are monotonically tapered to provide maximum overlap of the core at the rear waist margin of the garment, for greater frictional engagement with the core, and less core overlap at the front waist margin of the garment, to provide a larger urine target zone.
La présente invention porte sur un vêtement conçu de manière à retenir une trame amovible de matière absorbante. Le vêtement n'est pas muni de dispositifs de fixation distincts pour maintenir cette trame en position. Ses deux ailes effilées recouvrant la trame pour l'immobiliser dans la position souhaitée élimine la nécessité de recourir à d'autres moyens de fixation. La décroissance monotone de la forme des ailes permet un recouvrement maximum de la trame à la bordure de taille du dos du vêtement, pour une adhérence accrue à la trame sous l'effet d'un frottement, et un recouvrement moins important de la trame à la bordure de taille du devant du vêtement, de manière à constituer une plus grande surface de réception de l'urine.
