There is disclosed herein a male incontinence device comprising a form of brief having a waistband adapted to be worn around the waist of a male wearer, a reservoir assembly having an upper end securely attached to the waistband, and a penis condom having an upper end portion. The incontinence device includes a unique quick release and locking mechanism for the upper end of the penis condom to allow the same to be firmly attached to any size penis of a wearer of the device. The penis condom has a lower opening communicating via an anti-siphon valve with the reservoir. A drain assembly is coupled with the lower end of the reservoir to allow selective drainage of the reservoir, and the drain assembly has one or more fluid locking devices, to lock the drain assembly and prevent accidental drainage of the urine reservoir.
Cette invention a trait à un article contre l'incontinence masculine, se présentant sous l'aspect d'une culotte dont la ceinture est conçue pour venir se placer autour de la taille de son porteur, pourvu d'un réservoir dont l'extrémité supérieure est solidement fixé à la ceinture et d'un condom. Cet article est pourvu d'un seul mécanisme de libération et de blocage rapide de l'extrémité supérieure du condom, ce qui permet de l'assujettir fermement, quelle que soient les dimensions du pénis. Ce condom comporte un orifice inférieur communicant avec le réservoir par un clapet anti-siphonnement. Un système de drainage vient se raccorder à l'extrémité inférieure du réservoir afin de permettre une évacuation sélective de l'urine. Ce système est équipé d'un ou de plusieurs mécanismes de blocage de liquide afin d'empêcher une évacuation fortuite d'urine.
