The invention relates to a bristle for a brush, in particular a cleaning brush, a toothbrush or an application brush. The bristle comprises a lower root region, by means of which the above can be mounted in or on a bristle support or part of a bristle support and a free length arranged above the root region, outside the bristle support which comprises a shaft region adjacent to the root region and a flex region arranged above the same. The shaft region comprises a lower shaft base region adjacent to the root region and a shaft region above the former. The flex region comprises a lower working and flex region adjacent to the shaft region and a tip region above the former forming the free end of the bristle. The shaft base region of the bristle has a continuous outer surface with no recesses and the flex region has, at least partly, a profile formed from projections and recesses on the outer surface within a sleeve surface for the bristle.
L'invention concerne une soie destinée à un article en soies, en particulier une brosse de nettoyage, une brosse à dents ou une brosse pour application. Ladite soie présente une zone racine inférieure, avec laquelle cette soie peut être fixée dans ou sur un support à soies ou fait partie d'un support à soies, ainsi qu'une longueur libre située au-dessus de la zone racine et s'étendant en dehors du support à soies. Cette longueur libre se compose d'une zone tige adjacente à la zone racine et d'une zone flexible située au-dessus de la zone tige. Cette zone tige se compose d'une section de base de tige inférieure adjacente à la zone racine et d'une section de tige située au-dessus de cette section de base. La zone flexible se compose d'une section flexible active inférieure adjacente à la zone tige et d'une section de pointe formant l'extrémité libre de la soie et située au-dessus de ladite section flexible active. Cette soie présente, dans la section de base de tige, une surface d'enveloppe continue sans évidement et, dans la zone flexible, un profil constitué de saillies et/ou d'évidements à l'intérieur d'une surface d'enveloppe de la soie, lequel profil est formé au moins partiellement sur ladite surface d'enveloppe.
