ABSTRACT A broad band integrator element uses bipolar transistors and single low value integration capacitor, which renders it easy to integrate. A bias circuit, which can also be integrated, allows both the gain bandwidth product and the absolute values of the currents in the transistors to be programmed by two external resistors. A plurality of integrators can be connected to the same bias circuit in a single integrated circuit together with attenuator resistors to form an electrical filter.
