The invention comprises a method of broadcasting electronic documents allowing the protection of copyright and private copying. It comprises a control server for taking customer orders that is accessible from a network such as the Internet, a delivery server and a control server that are accessible from the same network, a computer, or a mobile, or any other equipment supporting a display, intended for consulting the document. Said copy of each document is generated by the delivery server on the basis of the model of the document ordered by the customer (1). It contains a controller for checking digital rights which is intended for verifying the rights in force at the time of consultation. It also contains the other digital rights acquired definitively by the customer. The generation of said copy is triggered by the customer, by activating a URL link (4) to the delivery server. This link has been previously sent to the customer via electronic messaging by the order server (3), and contains at least the unique identifier of the copy ordered. The copy is loaded onto the customer's equipment on completion of generation (6) and can be consulted only after issuing a request to the control server (7) containing the unique identifier, and the receipt of the response permitting consultation (8).
L'invention comprend un procédé de diffusion de documents électroniques permettant la protection des droits d'auteurs et la copie privée. Il comporte un serveur de commande pour la prise de commandes par les clients accessible depuis un réseau tel qu' internet, un serveur de livraison et un serveur de contrôle accessibles depuis le même réseau, un ordinateur, ou un portable, ou tout autre équipement supportant un afficheur, destiné à consulter le document. Le dit exemplaire de chaque document est généré par le serveur de livraison à partir du modèle du document commandé par le client (1). Il contient un contrôleur de droits numériques destiné à vérifier les droits en cours au moment de la consultation. Il contient aussi les autres droits numériques acquis définitivement par le client. La génération du dit exemplaire est déclenchée par le client, en activant un lien URL (4) vers le serveur de livraison. Ce lien a été préalablement envoyé au client via la messagerie électronique par le serveur de commande (3), et contient au moins l'identifiant unique de l'exemplaire commandé. L'exemplaire est chargé sur l'équipement du client à l'issue de la génération (6) et ne peut être consulté qu'après émission d'une requête vers le serveur de contrôle (7) contenant l'identifiant unique, et la réception de la réponse autorisant la consultation (8).
