Sa surface enveloppe est non symétrique par rapport à un plan (P) médian perpendiculaire à l'âme, l'angle entre l'axe (Y) de la tige et l'axe de l'âme en tout point de celle-ci est inférieur à 90°. La brosse présente une extrémité libre non alignée avec l'axe (Y) de la tige.
