A method and system are disclosed for dispersing gas bubbles in a multiphase mixture in a production tubing (4) in an crude oil production well (1) or in a riser connected to such a well, by means of one or more bubble breaker assemblies (16) in which a plurality of orifices (18) are arranged that are located in a substantially eccentric position relative to a central axis of the tubing (4). The use of eccentric orifices (18) promotes the breaking up of large gas bubbles (15) into a large amount of smaller gas bubbles (25), which are finely dispersed in the fluid stream and only re-coalesce slowly into larger bubbles.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système destinés à disperser des bulles de gaz dans un mélange polyphasique à l'intérieur d'une colonne de production (4) dans un puits de production de pétrole brut (1) ou une colonne montante reliée à ce puits, au moyen d'un ou plusieurs dispositifs de fragmentation de bulles (16) comportant une pluralité d'orifices (18) situés dans une position sensiblement excentrique par rapport à un axe central de la colonne (4). L'utilisation d'orifices excentriques (18) favorise la fragmentation des grandes bulles de gaz (15) en une pluralité de bulles de gaz plus petites (25), lesquelles sont finement dispersées dans le courant de fluide et ne se coalescent que lentement en bulles plus grandes.
