PHB. 32.590. ABSTRACT: A buffer circuit including a bootstrap capa- citance coupled to a signal input by way of a delay circuit. A separate bootstrap drive including a switch- ing device which is controlled by a logic circuit is provided. When an input signal goes high, the capacitance is charged and when the output of the delay circuit goes high, the logic circuit renders the switching device non- conductive and the circuit output is lifted to the rail voltage by the bootstrapping action of the capacitance.
