For a production of building and construction elements with utilization of municipal wastes there is designed an element provided with at least one basic layer (1) of pressed pulp of laminated foodstuff packages, covered at least at one side by a plastic sheet (3) and having outside cover layers (2). The basic layer (1) comprises particles the dimension of which is maximal 30 mm.

L'invention concerne un élément présentant au moins une couche de base (1) de pâte pressée d'emballages alimentaires stratifiés, recouverte au moins sur un côté par une feuille plastique (3) et présentant des couches de revêtement extérieures (2) pour la production d'éléments de bâtiment et de construction avec utilisation de déchets municipaux. La couche de base (1) comprend des particules dont la dimension est au maximum 30 mm.
