ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Method and apparatus for filling the cavity of a building block with resin foam to improve the thermal insulating properties of the block, in which a delivery pipe for the foam has an outlet arranged to seal over a cavity in the block, so that foam can be injected into the cavity until a back pressure is developed in the delivery pipe. By this means, proper filling of each cavity can be assured.
