Said material comprises at least one flexible continuous element distributed tri- dimensionally in random manner in a mass of solid particles (such as sand so as to contribute to creating a certain cohesion between the different parts of the mass of particles by entwinnin these parts. The invention finds an application in the production of road surfacings or of foundation mass over a loose ground.
