ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to insulated building panel elements and more particularly to an element comprising a rigid block of insulating foam having two opposed major surfaces and thicknesses there between defining parallel rectilinear grooves on each of the major surfaces in regular staggered opposed spaced relationships, each groove being spaced from the other of said surfaces.
