ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method of producing a building panel of pre-cast concrete wherein a sheet of hardboard or like material is covered with a skin of concrete and the edge is embedded in a rim of concrete. The hardboard is initially soaked so that it will shrink during setting of the concrete, enabling the hardboard and concrete to bind firmly together giving the panel high in- herent strength.
