A prefabricated building panel (30, 32) for use in constructing a building structure (20) includes a generally planar concrete panel, a metal member (50, 76, 78) separate from the concrete panel and positioned on an end surface of the concrete panel so that the metal member is exposed for serving as a welding surface, and a plurality of bar anchors (60, 74) welded to the metal member and embedded in the concrete panel. The bar anchor is welded to the metal member to fix the metal member in place relative to the concrete panel. The metal member serves as a connection region for connecting the building panel to another building panel through welding.

L'invention concerne un panneau de construction préfabriqué (30, 32) s'utilisant dans la construction d'une structure de bâtiment (20), le panneau étant formé d'un panneau en béton généralement planaire, d'un élément métallique (50, 76, 78) séparé du panneau en béton et disposé sur une surface d'extrémité du panneau en béton de sorte que l'élément métallique soit à nu pour servir de surface de soudage, et de plusieurs éléments d'ancrage en barres (60, 74) soudés à l'élément métallique et noyés dans le panneau en béton.
