ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE The disclosure relates to a medium density overlay plywood panel used as an exterior trim product for a residential building having a relative high number of plies to total board thickness, and exposed edges with void free sanded surfaces having a predetermined pattern coarseness, and in which said overlay and edge surfaces are covered with an acrylic paint, whereby the trim product is characterized with the appearance of a solid wood product and the painted surfaces as highly weather resistant.
