ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a construction module and a building system and method utilizing such modules. The module comprises a horizontal slab section having opposed surfaces and at least one transverse support projection rigidly secured to horizontal slab section and extending a predetermined distance above the surfaces from a respective one of the opposed surfaces in a respective half-section of the horizontal slab section. The support section is also provided with an end support edge. The projection also constitutes a load supporting projection when the module is positioned in a building structure.
