2113625 9302261 PCTABS00019 A building system utilizing outwardly projecting legs (18, 20) on a horizontally or vertically extending purlin (14) to connect with standard stirrups (26) on conventional columns in a rebar (28, 30, 32, 34) assembly. The stirrups (26) are force-fit within the legs of the purlins (14) extending outwardly from the surface of adjoining wall sections (10, 12) such that the rebar and the wall sections (10, 12) are connected in a uniframe construction without welding and a metal form (42, 44) can be fitted around the connection to form a channel into which concrete may be poured to form a unitary structure.
