The present invention relates to a building that uses composite light--weight panels for structure and a construction method therefor, more particularly, to a building constructed without pillars using composite light weight panels for struc-ture and a construction method therefor, wherein the building comprises: a steel floor made out of sectional steel for example; walls which are formed by joining composite light-weight panels for structure having steel structure frames installed at corners to the steel floor by welding or joining means, neighboring steel structure frames being joined together by welding or joining means to form walls; roof frames which are constituted by a steel structure and have a truss structure to be po-sitioned on the top of the walls and joined to the wall panels by welding or joining means; wall inner/outer coverings applied to the inner/outer peripherals of the walls; and roof coverings applied to the outer peripheral face of the roof frame.

L'invention concerne un bâtiment réalisé à partir de panneaux légers composites pour structure ainsi qu'un procédé de construction correspondant, plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un bâtiment construit sans pilier au moyen de panneaux légers composites pour structure et un procédé de construction correspondant. Le bâtiment comprend: un plancher en acier réalisé à partir de profilé d'acier, par exemple; des parois réalisées par assemblage de panneaux légers composites pour structure comprenant des bâtis de structure en acier installés aux coins du plancher en acier par des moyens de soudage ou de raccordement, des bâtis de structure en acier contigus étant reliés ensemble par des moyens de soudage ou de raccordement de manière à former des parois; des charpentes constituées d'une structure en acier et présentant une structure en treillis devant être positionnée sur le haut des parois et raccordée aux panneaux de parois par des moyens de soudage ou de raccordement, des revêtements muraux intérieurs et extérieurs appliqués sur les pourtours intérieurs et extérieurs des parois; et des couvertures appliquées sur la face périphérique extérieure de la charpente.
