- 9 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A building with having outer edge portions and an exterior wall formed of wall panels supported by the floor edge portions. Recesses in the wall panels and receive the floor edge portions and are dimensioned so that the wall panels are spaced from top, bottom and edge faces of the edge portions at the recesses. Spacers between each of the wall panels and the top of one of the floor edge portions support the panels on the floors. Retaining bolts secure the wall panels relative to the edge portions. A method of constructing the wall includes providing markings on the floor edge portions in accurate vertical alignment before mounting the panels by moving them up to the markings to accurately align them.
