BUILDINGS FOR HARSH ENVIRONMENTS ABSTRACT A building for use in harsh environments where drift materials, such as snow, tend to collect against exterior walls. One or more exterior walls formed of wall panels extend upwardly from a base perimeter of the building, and provide a building exterior surface. The surface curves outwardly and upwardly adjacent the base perimeter so that the exterior walls have an undercut region adjacent that base perimeter. The building is portable, and can be dismantled when not being used.
