A built-in heating cooker which features both good cooling performance and effective countermeasures against spilled liquids by preventing ingress of water into the cooker body with a simple ventilation structure. This built-in cooker comprises top plate (11) where a pot and the like are placed, support (12) for supporting top plate (11) from underneath, top frame (15) covering the edge of top plate (11) and frame (16) constituting the cooker body. Support (12) has cooker-supporting face (17) for supporting the cooker, and this is positioned outside of top plate- supporting face (13). First opening (20) is provided on at least one side wall provided between top plate-supporting face (13) and cooker-supporting face (17). Second opening (21) is provided on frame (15) in a position corresponding to first opening (20).
Un dispositif de cuisson et de réchauffage encastré ayant une disposition d'aspiration-échappement empêchant, au moyen d'un agencement simple, que de l'eau n'entre dans le corps principal et rendant les mesures anti-débordement compatibles avec la performance du refroidissement. Le dispositif comprend une plaque supérieure (11) destinée à placer une casserole ou son équivalent dessus, un corps de support (12) supportant la plaque supérieure (11) par en dessous, un corps d'encadrement (15) recouvrant la surface terminale de la plaque supérieure (11) et une coque extérieure (16) composant un corps principal, le corps de support (12) ayant une surface de support de corps principal (17) disposée à l'extérieur d'une surface de support de plaque supérieure (13), destinée à supporter le corps principal en lui-même, une première ouverture (20) étant formée dans au moins une des parois latérales formées entre la surface de support de plaque supérieure (13) et la surface de support de corps principal (17), le corps d'encadrement (15) étant formé avec une deuxième ouverture (21) dans une position correspondant à la première ouverture (20).
