The invention relates to a built multiple cam which can be produced at low cost and which can be used in a flexible manner and which requires a small amount of construction space in an axial direction. The built multiple cam comprises the following components: a first partial cam (1) provided with a bore (12), a cam contour A (4) and a joint contour (7) which is arranged in axial proximity thereto and provided with an outer surface (7a); a second partial cam (2) provided with a bore (12), a cam contour A (5) and a joint contour (7) which is arranged in axial proximity thereto and provided with an outer surface (8); a ring (3) which is provided with a cam contour B (6) which is different from cam contour A and an inner contour (9) having an inner surface (9a), wherein the inner surface (9a) of the ring (3) can be displaced towards the outer surfaces (7a,8a) of the partial cams (1,2); and connecting means which act between the ring (3) and the partial cam (1,2) and ensure a fixed connection between said components. The invention also relates to a method used to produce a built camshaft comprising at least one built multiple cam according to the invention.
L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre une came multiple pouvant être fabriquée de façon économique, employée de façon flexible, et nécessitant un espace réduit dans la direction axiale. A cet effet, ladite came multiple comporte les composants suivants: une première came partielle (1) comportant un alésage (12), un contour de cames A (4) et un contour d'assemblage (7) disposé axialement à côté du contour de came, présentant une surface extérieure (7a); une deuxième came partielle (2) comportant un alésage (12), un contour de cames A (5) et un contour d'assemblage (8) disposé axialement à côté du contour de came, présentant une surface extérieure (8a); une bague (3) comportant un contour de came (B) différent du contour de came (A), et un contour intérieur (9) présentant une surface intérieure (9a), la bague (3) pouvant être poussée avec sa surface intérieure (9a) sur les surfaces extérieures (7a, 8a) des cames partielles (1, 2); et des éléments de connexion agissant entre la bague (3) et les cames partielles (1, 2) et garantissant une connexion fixe entre ces composants. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un arbre à cames présentant au moins une came multiple selon l'invention.
