SCREENING APPARATUS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pressurized screening apparatus removes both bouyant contaminates and denser contaminates from a liquid suspension containing desirable fibers and contaminates. Both the desirable bouyant contaminates and the undesirable denser contaminates are accumulated in the same section of the pressurized screening apparatus. If desired, the accumulating bouyant contaminates and denser contaminants may be inter- mittently removed from the pressurized screening apparatus.
