ABSTRACT BURGLARPROOF DEVICE FOR CARRYING PERSONAL BANK NOTES A banknote holder for personal use comprises a rectangular plate (2) and a rope or cord (1). The plate is provided with two holes (2b, 2a) at the respective ends of the plate and the rope or cord is held to the plate so that a double segment of the rope is provided at one side of the plate and a single rope segment is provided at the other side of the plate, so that folded banknotes can be clipped between the rope segments and the plate to avoid banknotes been lost. A securing ring (3) can be fixed to the rope or cord (1) for fastening to the clothing to prevent the holder from being removed without notice.
