A burial structure (10) providing space for multiple human remains in the form of a body or cremens that has the additional feature of allowing interlocking of the individual units (12). This building feature allows the heretofore unknown ability to form the mausoleum into innovative designs and shapes, from an obelisk shape, like the pyramids of Egypt, to religious symbolisms or aesthetic shapes, thus not solely relying on landscaping for giving beauty and reverence to the mausoleum and its surroundings. Each unit (12) comprises an area (52) for the remains, and alternately an area (50) for any memorabilia to be placed with the remains. Formed of a high-strength synthetic material, the unit (12) is sealed with a cover (34) that has grooves (64) formed therein. The bottom of the unit (12) has corresponding tongues (62), which effect an interlocking relationship. The sides are designed to complement and complete this arrangement. Outer blocks (14), not containing remains, are disposed around the sides and atop the structure.
Cette structure d'ensevelissement (10) constitue un espace pour plusieurs restes humains sous la forme de corps ou de cendres, et présente la caractéristique supplémentaire de permettre le blocage entre elles d'unités individuelles (12). Cette caractéristique de construction permet, de manière inconnue auparavant, de former le mausolée pour lui donner des aspects et formes innovateurs pouvant aller d'une obélisque, comme les pyramides d'Egypte, à des symboles religieux ou formes esthétiques, sans que l'on se base ainsi uniquement sur l'aménagement du paysage pour conférer beauté et respect au mausolée et à son environnement. Chaque unité (12) comprend une zone (52) réservée aux restes humains, et éventuellement une zone (50) réservée aux souvenirs à placer avec les restes. Cette unité (12), formée dans un matériau synthétique très résistant, est scellée à l'aide d'un couvercle (34) dans lequel sont formées des rainures (64), le fond de l'unité (12) présentant des nervures correspondantes (62), permettant de bloquer entre elles les unités. Les côtés sont conçus pour compléter et achever cet agencement. Des blocs extérieurs (14) ne contenant pas de restes humains sont disposés autour des côtés et sur le sommet de la structure.
