BURNER ASSEMBLY FOR A GAS GRILL Abstract of the Disclosure A gas grill comprised of a rectangular housing having upper and lower edges and a pair of corner support surfaces between the upper and lower edges. Openings are provided in an opposed end wall and aligned with the corner support members. At least two elongated burner units, of substantially identical construction, are also provided. Each burner unit consists of an elongated tube having at least one row of apertures along a peripheral edge and a flattened portion at one end located in a common plane with the row of apertures. The flattened portion has a slot extending from a free edge with the slot being offset from the center axis of the elongated tube and receiving an abutment so that the tubes can be inserted axially through the openings and be supported on the corner support members and the opposed wall end with the apertures directed towards the center of the housing.
