A burner for use with cooking has a multiplicity. of slots extending relative to a periphery of a burner head providing primary flame orifices. The slots have slot walls preferably extending upwardly from a slot bottom. A cap tops the burner head. Stops are disposed in the slots so that a smaller cross section is created internal to the slot than at an outlet of the stop to reduce a possibility of flame lifting under high port loading and/or high turn down ratio conditions.
L'invention concerne un brûleur destiné à être utilisé en cuisine, comportant plusieurs fentes s'étendant par rapport à une périphérie de tête de brûleur fournissant des orifices de flammes principaux. Les fentes comportent des parois de fente s'étendant de préférence vers le haut depuis la partie inférieure d'une fente. Un couvercle recouvre la tête du brûleur. Des butées sont disposées dans les fentes, de telle sorte qu'une section transversale plus petite qu'à une sortie de la butée soit créée à l'intérieur de la fente, pour réduire la possibilité de soulèvement de la flamme en cas de conditions d'augmentation et/ou de réduction importantes de la charge sur les orifices.
