ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An outlet cover for a bus duct characterized by a bus duct having an outlet opening in the housing wall and a cover hingedly mounted on the housing and movable between open and closed positions of the opening. In the open position the cover is disposed in an upright position with respect to the plane of the opening and the wall, whereby a plug-in unit mounted on the bus duct upon the opening is adjacent to the cover in the open position to thereby prevent accidental contact with conductors within the opening.
